Leslie Consulting – Goodna

Based on an economical pre-cast wall construction, the office was built on the ‘esky principal’ with the insulation on the outside instead of the inside. The precast walls were lined externally with R2.5 insulation and then clad in colourbond metal wall cladding. This resulted in much reduced heat loads, smaller air-conditioning plant and substantially reduced running costs. The building is a two-storey building with a gross floor area of approximately 1,500 square metres.

Port of Brisbane - Nilsen building

This building was built for the Port of Brisbane for third party Nilsen Electrical.

The building comprises of 1,800 square metres of factory floor area, 400 square metres of premium office space over 2 levels. This was the 4th Design and Construct project delivered by Douglas Construction & Engineering for the Port of Brisbane Corporation.

69 Selhurst St – Coopers Plains

This dual tenancy warehouse/office development was the third D&C project delivered for local property developer/investor John Buchanan. A striking design was developed to take advantage of the prominent site location. The site layout proved to be a success with the building being sold to a local business wanting to upgrade their corporate image. This building comprises of both mezzanine Office space and Warehouse areas.
