Douglas Construction and Engineering have secured the first two buildings in a new industrial estate for ESR Australia, the development includes a ~36,000m home for CEVA Logistics and an 8,000m² speculative warehouse. The project is registered for the latest Greenstar rating tool and the design incorporates a raft of sustainable design features including over 500kw of renewable energy through Solar power.
